This page collects short privacy notices for every place on GoWithHeart where we receive your data. They help you quickly understand what happens to your data in a specific form or feature. The full information is in our Privacy Policy.
For all notices, the data controller is GoWithHeart; email: support@gowithheart.com. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict its processing, data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. See section 4 of our Privacy Policy for how to exercise these rights.
Notices for features not yet available on the Website (newsletter, account, AI route planner, Telegram bot) apply from the moment they launch.
Cookie banner
- What data: Your cookie choice and, with consent, Google Analytics identifiers.
- Why: To remember your choice and, if you agree, count visit statistics.
- Legal basis: Your consent; for necessary cookies — running the Website.
- How long we keep it: Your choice — 180 days; analytics — 14 months.
- Good to know: You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Writing to us
- What data: Your name, email address and message.
- Why: To reply and help you.
- Legal basis: Your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- How long we keep it: Until the conversation ends and 24 months after that.
- Good to know: We do not use this email address for the newsletter without your separate consent.

Review form
- What data: Rating, name, email address and review text.
- Why: To publish the review after moderation; email — to contact you about the review and prevent spam.
- Legal basis: Your request to publish and our legitimate interest in moderation.
- How long we keep it: As long as the review is published.
- Good to know: Your name, rating and text will be public; your email is not published. You can ask us to delete your review.

Partner links
- What data: The click itself: date and time, page and block, partner, page language. No name or contact details.
- Why: To see which recommendations are useful and check partner reports.
- Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in funding and measuring the Website.
- How long we keep it: 24 months.
- Good to know: On the partner’s website its own rules and cookies apply; we do not receive your booking details.

Newsletter sign-up
- What data: Email address and language.
- Why: To send travel ideas, new guides and selected offers.
- Legal basis: Your consent, confirmed via the link in the first email.
- How long we keep it: Until you unsubscribe.
- Good to know: Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Creating an account
- What data: Email address, password (hashed only), optional name, language, saved routes and favourites; when signing in with Google or Facebook — name, email address and profile picture.
- Why: To create your account and keep your routes.
- Legal basis: Performing our contract — the Terms of Use.
- How long we keep it: As long as the account exists; up to 30 days after deletion.
- Good to know: You must be at least 16 years old.

AI route planner
- What data: What you enter: destination, dates or trip length, budget, interests, number of travellers.
- Why: To create a travel plan using an AI service (OpenAI) that processes the data on our behalf.
- Legal basis: Providing the service you requested.
- How long we keep it: In your account — until you delete the route; without an account — only while the result is shown and in technical logs.
- Good to know: Do not enter health data or other people’s names. AI can make mistakes — check the details.

Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram
- What data: On the platforms — what you do on our pages; in the Telegram bot — your name, username and messages.
- Why: To reply and send what you asked for; to see statistics for our pages and pins.
- Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in talking to readers; social media pixels on the Website — only with your consent.
- How long we keep it: Bot conversations — up to 12 months; on the platforms — under their own rules.
- Good to know: Share buttons on the Website are plain links and send nothing until you click.
