Hi there! These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the GoWithHeart website (gowithheart.com, the “Website”) and its features. We have tried to write them simply and honestly. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

How we process your personal data is described separately in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Who we are

GoWithHeart (“we”, “us”) is an independent travel project.

2. What GoWithHeart is

GoWithHeart is an informational travel website: guides to countries, cities and places worth visiting, tips, selections and routes. You can read the Website for free and without registering.

We are not a travel agency or tour operator: we do not sell tickets, tours, accommodation or insurance, and we do not enter into travel contracts on your behalf. When you book or buy something through a link on the Website, your contract is directly with that service (see section 4).

Some features — the AI route planner, user accounts, the newsletter and paid subscriptions — are introduced step by step. The provisions of these Terms about them apply from the moment the feature becomes available on the Website.

3. Information on the Website

We prepare our content carefully: articles are created with the help of artificial intelligence tools from public sources and checked by an editor. But travel is an area where things change quickly: opening hours, prices, timetables, entry rules and the safety situation. Therefore:

  • information on the Website is for general guidance and may be incomplete or out of date;
  • before you travel, check important details with official sources — embassies, carriers, museums, venues and public authorities;
  • the Website is not a substitute for professional advice — legal, medical, visa, financial or safety;
  • any prices on the Website are indicative; the final price is shown by the service where you book.

4. Partner links and third-party services

The Website contains links to third-party services: booking of hotels, tours, tickets, insurance, eSIMs, car rental and transfers, as well as shops selling travel products. Some of them are partner links: if you book or buy through such a link, we may earn a commission. The price for you does not change, and our recommendations do not depend on the size of the commission.

When you book or buy through a third-party service, you accept its terms and privacy policy. That service — not us — is responsible for availability, prices, the quality of services and products, payment, cancellations, refunds and fulfilling bookings. Please contact it directly with any questions about your order. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content.

5. Reviews

You can leave reviews of countries, cities and places. By leaving a review, you confirm that it is based on your own experience and agree that we may publish it on the Website free of charge, without limitation in time or territory, and may shorten it, correct obvious mistakes and translate it into other languages of the Website while keeping its meaning. You keep the copyright in your text.

We moderate reviews and may decline to publish or remove a review if it:

  • contains insults, hate speech, threats or obscene content;
  • is advertising or spam, or was written for payment or on behalf of someone else;
  • contains other people’s personal data or false statements about people, or infringes anyone’s rights;
  • is not related to the topic of the page.

6. User account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, not to share access with others and to keep your password safe. If you suspect someone has accessed your account, let us know immediately.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms; if the reason is not a breach, we will give you advance notice.

7. AI route planner

The planner automatically suggests a travel plan based on your preferences. Its suggestions are ideas, not guarantees: AI can make mistakes, suggest closed or outdated places, and misjudge distances and timings. You decide whether to follow the suggestions and check the details before you travel. Please do not enter health data or other sensitive information into the planner.

8. Paid subscription

If a paid subscription becomes available on the Website, its content, price, term, renewal and cancellation rules will be shown before payment and will form part of your contract with us. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal under EU law, remain in full; we will explain how they apply to digital services at checkout.

9. Acceptable use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

  • copy the Website in bulk, including by automated means (scraping, crawling for extraction), or use its content to train artificial intelligence models without our written permission;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server or other people’s accounts, overload the Website or interfere with its operation;
  • distribute malware, spam or unlawful content through the Website;
  • impersonate another person or a representative of GoWithHeart.

10. Intellectual property

The texts, structure, design, logo and name of GoWithHeart belong to us and are protected by law. You may quote short extracts with an active link to the relevant page of the Website and share links to pages on social media. Any other use requires our written permission.

Photos on the Website come from stock libraries (Pexels, Unsplash, Pixabay) and are used under their licences; their rights belong to the authors. If you believe any material on the Website infringes your rights, write to us — we will review your request promptly and remove the material where appropriate.

11. Liability

We work to keep the Website running smoothly and its information useful and accurate, but we provide the Website “as is” and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information will always be complete and up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from using information on the Website, decisions made on its basis, or the actions of third-party services that links lead to. These limitations do not apply to harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or to injury to life or health, and they do not limit the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Changes to the Website and these Terms

We may change, add or remove sections and features of the Website. We update these Terms when the Website or the law changes; the date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page. We will give advance notice of material changes affecting users with an account or subscription on the Website or by email. If you continue to use the Website after the changes take effect, you are considered to accept them.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you always keep the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Please write to us first at support@gowithheart.com — we resolve most issues quickly and amicably.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
